Your First Dry Cleaning or Laundry Order
What should I prepare for my first dry cleaning or laundry drop-off?

Preparing for your first dry cleaning or laundry drop-off is easy! There are just a few things to do before you pass off the hard part to us.
1. Collect the clothes that need to be cleaned
2. Empty all pockets
3. Note if any buttons are missing
4. Place in a laundry bag (if you need one, ask us)
5. Drop off to our retail storefront

Yes! We can always add any dry cleaning or laundry service items to your order when you drop off. Depending on the service you’ve selected and the size of your order, we will give you an exact pickup time.
You are welcome to call us during our open hours to obtain a price quote for an order you wish for us to take care of. Email is the least efficient way to reach us, since we’re typically hard at work on customers orders!
We are proud to facilitate all of our dry cleaning and laundry services at our Shadow Creek location. Nothing is outsourced, except for special alterations.
Why does it cost more to dry clean or launder women’s blouses than men’s shirts?
Shirts with large surface area, or shirts made of fabrics with trim that require extra care, are charged a higher price, because there is more time and skill required to properly clean these garments.

Dry Cleaning
What if my clothes are damaged in the dry cleaning process?
While these situations are very rare, if anything is damaged, we take 100% responsibility in making it right. Please be sure to report any damages when you inspect your order at pick-up..
Dry cleaning service includes washing of garments without the use of water, pressing, and folding or hanging on a hanger (as necessary).
We only use sustainable cleaning solutions by the Green Earth Cleaning company that are non-toxic, safe for our water, soil, and air. The scientifically proven solutions we use are chemically inert designs for a thorough clean without bleaching or shrinkage. Another added benefit is the smell is purely odorless, making the garments we clean non-allergenic and non-irritating.

Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold
Do I need to weigh my Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag for laundry service?
Nope! We use a standard bag size to collect your laundry for service. Just bring your laundry into our location in a bag or basket of choice, we’ll transfer it to our Shadow Creek bags, and take it from there.
As part of our laundry services, we sort garments by color, treat with stains, and wash like colors together. Dark colors, reds, and delicate machine washable fabrics are washed in cold water, around 80°F. Man-made fibers, knits, jeans and light colored clothing are washed in warm water, around 90°F.
Yes! Ask us about joining our VIP customers, and we’ll use a Shadow Creek Cleaners bag to collect your laundry for service and send your laundry home with you in the same bag. This is included in our laundry service cost.
