What should I prepare for my first dry cleaning or laundry drop-off?

Preparing for your first dry cleaning or laundry drop-off is easy! There are just a few things to do before you pass off the hard part to us. 1. Collect the clothes that need to be cleaned 2. Empty all pockets 3. Note if any buttons are missing 4. Place in a laundry bag (if you need one, ask us) 5. Drop off to our retail storefront

Can I order dry cleaning or laundry services by phone or email?

You are welcome to call us during our open hours to obtain a price quote for an order you wish for us to take care of. Email is the least efficient way to reach us, since we’re typically hard at work on customers orders!

What if my clothes are damaged in the dry cleaning process?

While these situations are very rare, if anything is damaged, we take 100% responsibility in making it right. Please be sure to report any damages when you inspect your order at pick-up.

What all is included in your dry cleaning service?

Dry cleaning service includes washing of garments without the use of water, pressing, and folding or hanging on a hanger (as necessary).

Do I need to weigh my Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag for laundry service?

Nope! We use a standard bag size to collect your laundry for service. Just bring your laundry into our location in a bag or basket of choice, we’ll transfer it to our Shadow Creek bags, and take it from there.

What temperature do you wash the clothes at for laundry service?

As part of our laundry services, we sort garments by color, treat with stains, and wash like colors together. Dark colors, reds, and delicate machine washable fabrics are washed in cold water, around 80°F. Man-made fibers, knits, jeans and light colored clothing are washed in warm water, around 90°F.
